Ready-made pieces typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom designs usually take 2–3 weeks depending on complexity and our current queue. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your piece is on its way.

Yes. We create limited seasonal collections for spring, summer, fall, winter, and major holidays. Quantities are small so we can give each piece the attention it deserves, so we recommend joining the email list for early access.

Absolutely. For custom designs, you can share photos of your space, inspiration images, or a color palette you love. We’ll create a design proposal and make adjustments together before finalizing your piece.

We recommend storing your piece in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Many customers reuse the original shipping box for safe storage between seasons.
